At MaxTelly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your IPTV subscription.

1. General Policy

All subscription purchases are final once activated. Because our Service provides immediate access to digital streaming content, we are unable to offer refunds after activation. We strongly encourage using our Try 1 Month first.

2. Eligible Exceptions

2.1 Extended Service Outage

If MaxTelly experiences a verified outage affecting your account for more than 72 consecutive hours, you may be eligible for a pro-rata credit.

2.2 Duplicate Charge

If you were charged more than once for the same plan, you are entitled to a full refund of the duplicate charge(s).

3. Non-Eligible Situations

  • Change of mind after purchasing
  • Wrong plan selected
  • Issues with your own internet or device
  • Account suspended for Terms violation
  • Unused subscription period

4. How to Request

  1. Email [email protected] with subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include: name, email, purchase date, issue description
  3. Submit within 7 days of the qualifying event
  4. Our team responds within 3 business days

5. Try 1 Month

We offer a Try 1 Month to evaluate the Service before purchasing. Use the form on our homepage.

6. Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
