Welcome to MaxTelly ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our IPTV subscription service at https://maxtelly.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

MaxTelly provides a subscription-based IPTV streaming service that delivers live television channels, video-on-demand content, and electronic programme guide (EPG) data over the internet. Access is provided via the IBO Player application on a single authorised device per subscription.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in the United Kingdom.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.

All prices are in GBP. Subscriptions are activated immediately upon payment confirmation. Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final once an account has been activated. Exceptions apply only for verified service outages exceeding 72 consecutive hours or confirmed duplicate charges. See our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial viewing. You must NOT share, resell, redistribute your credentials; use automated tools; or violate any applicable law in the United Kingdom.

6. Device Limitation

Each subscription allows access on one (1) device at a time via the IBO Player application exclusively.

7. Service Availability

MaxTelly strives to maintain 99.9% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events.

8. Intellectual Property

All content delivered through the Service is the property of their respective content owners. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view content for personal use only.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms without refund.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MaxTelly SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
